- Sarcoidosis: investigation There is no one diagnostic test for sarcoidosis and hence diagnosis is still largely clinical.
- stage 1 = bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy (BHL)
- stage 2 = BHL + interstitial infiltrates
- stage 3 = diffuse interstitial infiltrates only
